Assignment Fee Lease
When you purchase a property within Chantry Court Village you will be purchasing a long lease (999 years). This form of tenure allows for the ongoing relationship between residents and the landlord.
When you come to sell the property you can either sell via Chantry Court or on the open market. The company charges an Assignment Fee of 10% (less in the early years). This assignment fee allows the properties to be sold at a reasonable price and ensures the company's commitment to the operation of the village in the longer term.

Bespoke alteration service
To ensure that you are completely comfortable in your new home, we offer a bespoke alteration service. All you have to do is tell us what you require; we will then arrange for the necessary quotations for you to approve and ensure that the work is carried out to your timetable. In addition, you will have access to our village handyman to carry out any little household jobs before or after you move in.
